The design of The Joy of Total Action is the work of graphic designer Brenda Renssen. With a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual coherence, she shaped not only the book, but also created the illustrations, built the website, and designed the presentations. Her integrated approach amplifies the essence of the story across every medium.

Brenda runs her own studio, Renssen Ontwerpbureau, where she specializes in clear, meaningful design. Her work connects content and form in ways that resonate and communicate effectively. Beyond her design practice, she is active in education and curriculum development. She founded and coordinated the Meaningful Datadesign minor at Avans University of Applied Sciences – a program that teaches students how to turn data into powerful visual narratives.
